AMTRA FILPO: line of internal filters for small and medium sized aquariums, terrariums and turtle tanks.
Large internal volume for filter media and easily adjustable water flow. Possibility of water oxygenation through the included “Venturi” system.
Filtration, both mechanical and biological, is entrusted to an internal sponge which can be replaced if necessary. The activated carbon cartridge promotes chemical filtration by removing bad odours from the water and keeping it clean and crystalline (we recommend replacing it every 2-3 weeks).
Installation is very simple and quick: the filter must be positioned inside the aquarium, fixing it on the glass using the suction cups supplied.
The filter can also be used as a chemical support for normal filtration of the aquarium: just replace the sponge supplied with additional activated carbon or specific zeolites / resins (filter materials not included in the package). In this way you will not have to intervene on the main filter of the aquarium if you need to filter on specific materials to eliminate problems from the water.
