Features:

  • USE: directly in the aquarium if an excessive concentration of Ammonia (NH3), Nitrite (NO2), Nitrate (NO3) or Phosphate (PO4) is detected in order to prevent or reduce an uncontrolled and unwelcome algal proliferation. Rinse abundanetemtne before use under running tap water. It is also possible to use the resin as a preventative for the onset of pollution problems
  • DOSAGE: 250ml to treat 100 Liters / 1.000ml to treat 400 Litres of fresh or marine water. Insert inside a filter or directly in the aquarium in an area with strong current of water when high values ​​of the pollutants or prevention of accumulation of these substances are detected. Replace approximately every 3-4 months or when increasing values ​​of Ammonia (NH3), Nitrite (NO2), Nitrate (NO3) or Phosphate (PO4) are detected

AMTRA CLEANWATER is a new concept of filter media. Developed specifically for use in fresh and saltwater aquariums, it is able to absorb Nitrite, Nitrate, Ammonia, and Phosphate in large quantities.
Its main strength is the ability to prevent algae growth, keeping the level of nitrate and phosphate at a sufficiently low value.
AMTRA CLEANWATER is effective for about three months (depending on the level of pollutants present in the water).
An uncontrolled and unwelcome algal proliferation is often caused by an excess of nutrients, mainly Nitrate (NO3) and Phosphate (PO4), as well as from their unbalanced balance
AMTRA CLEANWATER effectively counteracts the growth of algae by eliminating the accumulation of these substances from the water.
Values ​​above 50 mg / l of nitrate (NO3) and 0.5 mg / l of phosphate (PO4) are not recommended in freshwater aquariums, while in marine reef aquariums these values ​​should be close to zero in order to guarantee the best possible coloring to corals.
Place in the filter like a normal filter.
