AMTRA PROCLEAN FOOD is a balanced solution C: N: P with the addition of B vitamins specially formulated to promote optimal growth of the nitrifying and denitrifying bacterial mass. It favors the natural disposal of Nitrate (NO3) and Phosphate (PO4), algae infestation elements.
AMTRA PROCLEAN FOOD is a balanced mixture of Carbon, macroelements and Vitamins of group B useful as nourishment for the bacteria that make up the filtering mass of the aquarium. Both in freshwater and marine aquariums it is essential to have bioavailable carbon to feed the bacteria that are involved in the disposal of nitrate (NO3) and phosphate (PO4).
Thanks to AMTRA PROCLEAN FOOD both the optimal COD / BOD5 ratio and the Redox potential of the water will be favored. The main benefits are: increase in filtering and denitrifying bacterial biomass, reduction of Nitrate (NO3) and Phosphate (PO4), clarification of water.
Amplifies the effects and benefits of AMTRA CLEAN PROCULT, AMTRA PROCLEAN X, AMTRA PROCLEAN Y and AMTRA ALGENKUR X if used after their dosage in the aquarium.
An overdose of AMTRA PROCLEAN FOOD, although non-toxic, could cause excessive bacterial proliferation, easily identifiable by a milky cloudiness of the water, which can cause a decrease in the oxygen dissolved in the water.
